Ordinary Membership

Use this form if you just want to join AUHS as its most basic level.

Lay-Officer Application

If your church/group have agreed they need a member to train as Minister, you would be known as Lay-Officer and must use the Minister Application Form listed opposite

Basic Awareness Course

This course can be undertaken by any members of AUHS. It is an important part of the passing of some of our other courses and must be successfully completed prior to untaking both the Ministers course and the Diploma for Mediumship course. So it can be used not only as an intersting way to learn more about spiritual matters, but as a stepping stone to other positions within AUHS.

Gift Aid Form

When you apply for any of our memberships it would help AUHS if you were a tax payer to also return this gift aid form and this would allow AUHS to gain just a little extra from your membership fee WITHOUT any extra cost to yourself.

Minister Application

(Trainee Ministers) Your official title is Lay Officer and you should have completed the Basic Awareness Course before you can train as Minister with AUHS. Please read the Minister Criteria within this application form as you must also fulfil this criteria before making application.

Applications for Trainee Ministers are Currently on hold due to updating of Ministers Course. However if you wish to let us know your intention to train as Minister you may still apply and when the new course available your training will begin immediately.

If you are already an Ordained Minister and can provide your Ordination certificate please contact President if you wish to join AUHS as Minister.

I'm already an Ordained Minister

If you are already an Ordained Minister wishing to join AUHS as Minister, please contact Head Minister Rev Ken Riding or President Rev Stewart Robertson for advice.

Speaker Demonstrator Course

This is an important certification which allows the Medium to obtain valuable insurance through BALENS, it can only be undertaken by Mediums already working on the rostrum and who have already passed the Basic Awareness Course.

Standing Order

It would be very helpful to AUHS if when you join you elect to pay your fees by standing order. This would save our small charity a little on postage and administration fees. You can cancel your membership and standing orders at any time you wish of course.

I'M Already a Healer

If you are a Healer already holding a certificate from another Organisation and you want to join AUHS as a Healer use this form.

Application for Healer Leader

If your church/group need a Healer Leader to train Probationer members you can ask an existing full healer member of AUHS within your church with at least one years membership as a full healer to apply for this post. There is a written assessment to be undertaken as part of the upgrading process.

Membership Renewal

Use this form if you are already a member of AUHS and wish to renew your yearly membership. It may be that you don't want to wait for your renewal form to be sent to you as you don't wish to be lapsed or that you have lost the renewal form.

Church/Group Affiliation

If you happen to run a church or group of your own and would like to Affiliate with AUHS in order that your members have the opportunity to further their service to spirit and protect themselves with valuable insurance through BALENS. This is the form to use.
