The Path to becoming a Healer Leader takes a minimum of three years
It initially takes a Probationer Healer two full years of very indepth training under the guidance of their existing church / groups Healer Leader to gain their full healer status. Full Healers must then have a minimum of one years practical experience of Healing and also be invited by their church / group before making application for Healer Leader.
The position of Healer Leader is purely at the further discretion of the Executive and carries no remuneration to the applicant or church / group from the Assoc.
There can be a MAXIMUM of two Healer Leaders per Church or Centre if the Church / Centre deems it necessary. All full healers can oversee the work of any Association Probationer Healer, but only a Healer Leader can sign the application for full healer upgrading and Healer Leader MUST ensure their Probationers attend training sessions regularly a minimum of 90 sessions. Healer Leaders may be asked to prove their Probationers attendance on these sessions.
It is expected that they will be willing to attend the A.G.M. (including Healer meeting) each September.
From Sept. 2009 enrollement upon a Healer Leader Assessment will be obligatory. Healer Leaders must state the church/centre where they will be teaching and must produce written proof from the relevant church/centre that this is acceptable.
It is the Healer Leader's job to keep records of their Probationer's attendance / absence / notes of progress and request two assessment tests for each Probatiner under their care. Healer Leader's should also set homework which Probationer's can keep on their files after having been marked.

Rev Philip Greenup (DHAUHS) - Healer Representative

These tests will form an important part of the upgrading process. From Sept. 09 all exising Healer Leaders will be sent a new Healer Leader Guide which must be used to assist in the training of their Probationers.
